After a lot of trying to solve this, I'm here to ask for your help.
I'm trying to use my zoho account to send automatic notifications to PRTG by setting the smtp server to zoho. I performed a test using gmail sntp and it worked.
After performing a configuration according to the platform, I received a message following the instruction in PRTG::
"Email" Send Error: SMTP relay server authentication ("smtppro.zoho.com") failed
After performing some settings on the zoho platform I received the following message:
On the gmail platform I managed to solve it by activating the option to accept less secure applications, but on the zoho platform I am not finding this option.
To know if any user is already logging in for this to use auto-submit an application using zoho as smtp?
Follow the configuration performed on the PRTG platform (This configuration works normally when I put smtp or gmail).
