This feedback applies not only to SalesIQ but almost all Zoho products. Most software makes it easy to find and adjust notifications in seconds. With Zoho I always have to resort to looking in the help menu, or searching for 5 minutes to find it.

As an example I just wanted to change my notifications when someone comes to our site. I search help to no avail, the top hits were about push notifications or desktop notifications. So then I search under every heading and after 5 minutes of searching I find it buried under My Profile > Sound.

IMO every Zoho app should have a consistent place to find notification settings and it should be named "Notifications" and should be very easy to find.
