There is a phenomenon that the numbers in the "Total contacts" and "List growth" graphs in the Zoho campaign list overview are different.

The target list is set up with CRM and daily scheduled sync.

The number of contacts in the list was drastically reduced (2550 → 711) on August 31st.

There was no error in the synchronization history or operation log.
