I am new to Zoho One.  I am adding Bookings, but I want to have 1 "consultant" called "Scheduling".  We provide repair services and dont need my customers to try and figure out which technician they need to consult with.  I am set up as the super admin and in theory could just change my name in Zoho Bookings to Scheduling.  Just seems like a terrible workaround.

Is there a way to set up a generic scheduling consultant that is tied to a group email that goes out to my techs?
