I love the concept of Drip Campaigns and would love to have it automatically started when a new subscriber is added to a list.  Is that possible?  It seems like Drip Campaigns are scheduled for one-time execution?  Also, if a subscriber is removed from a Mailing List while a Drip Campaign is executing, will they continue to receive the messages?
