Online Editor service: Server IP Address

We are using ZOHO Writer for online edit service to view/edit the content of the documents. Zoho tries to read the document from our repository using the document path provided in the form variable but it could not access the file as the request from the zoho server is blocked by our firewall. So we have decided to create a hole in our firewall to allow the traffic through. We would like to make sure that the request comes from only one online editing server i.e. 72.5.230.65 Basically we want to make sure that we dont get request from other parts of Zoho network.

Can you please let me know if
- this server is unique for the online editing service.
- more than one server is used to provide the online editor, if it is please provide the ip address for the same
