I would like to know why my open rates are so low (and click rate around 0%...) compare to my previous email marketing tool (Mailchimp). It's around 2 or 3 times below previous performances. I've sent several emails campagns to different segments (all are users/registered participants) and I have the same issue. Could you please help me?
