Opened Users not getting updated when Subscribers open campaign email in Microsoft Outlook Client
Hi,
I am running a test campaign in Zoho Campaigns and I see that the No. Unique Opens not getting updated when the subscriber opens a campaign email in Microsoft Outlook Client. However, if they click on the "View this email in a browser" link available in the email, the Opens count is getting updated and I see their name in the list of users who opened.
Can you please suggest on how to get the Opened Users count updated for views through Outlook Client?
