Opt-out synchronisation issue with Zoho CRM
Hi Zoho team!
We are finalizing the setting up of Zoho Campaigns and we have an issue for opt-out synchronisation with Zoho CRM.
1. We have enabling "Update opt-out contacts" in push campaigns reports to Zoho CRM settings
2. We have tried the opt-out process with a email campaign
Only the Zoho Campaigns Status is updated but not the Email Opt Out field in Zoho CRM (cf. screenshot).
Could you help me to fix this issue?
