Optin Form Customization

On our newsletter signup form, the grammar on the Zoho end of the form is incorrect. We would like to customize the text at the bottom of the form. Is there any way to do this?

Specifically, this line of text "You may also optin to any other list(s) given below." - Opt in should be two words. How can we fix this?
