Other users in my organization cannot access Templates library

I designed an email template to be used as an autoresponder for leads who sign up on our website. It is in the campaign library under customized templates. My colleague who is handling the Sales IQ account cannot access them even though he has a zoho campaigns which I invited him to and I have authenticated him. He also says even if he can see this template, it has to be in Zoho CRM for him to be able to import it to IQ, that he cannot import from campaigns. Please help, urgently. My account Id is iretioluwagbemi@gmail.com , his is kingsley.ezenwere@imacious.com . I have also designed a custome campaign theme, how do I ensure he accesses this as well?
