I have already contacted Zoho Support by email regarding this, but since I haven’t received any reply yet, I’m sharing it here as well to see if the community can help.
I’m facing a payment issue for my Mail Lite plan.
I have a personal account in Portugal, and my domain (already set up on the free version) is running fine. However, when I try to upgrade to the paid plan, the billing system asks for a business NIF and rejects my personal NIF.
I do not have a company NIF, only a Portuguese citizen NIF. How can I proceed with the payment so that my personal NIF is accepted?
Do I need to change my account type to personal? Maybe I signed up as a business by mistake, and that’s why I’m facing this issue? Should I delete my current account and domain setup and start again, or is there another solution?
