People API undocumented error response

Is this doc still updated?

Tried Add time log API but got the following response:

Tried different variations of the query string parameters but still getting the same response.

Checked by token works using:
https://people.zoho.com/people/api/forms/P_EmployeeView/records?authtoken=<token>

Please clarify thanks.
