Dear Sir,
I have downgraded from the trial paid plan to Free Plan. I am logged in
as CEO - Administrator and trying to change the profile permission but
getting error - Permission Update Failed. Please see the screenshot. In
most of the pages I am getting access denied. For example when I visit
to rebranding - Domain Mapping I get access denied error. See the
screenshots.
Is it because of downgrading and change in plan? As a Free user am I not
allowed to change the permissions of Agents? Pls advise.
