I’m the owner of a paid account in CRM and Campaigns.

I want to  Personalize sender details with CRM data when I create a campaign. I checked the box Personalize sender details with CRM data, wrote the name of my contacts…but still I can’t find the email address of my contact.

Do I have to send an email confirmation to that address?
