We currently face a limitation when designing email templates in Zoho Desk. While we can create email templates and include a footer at the end, the agent signature is always appended by default at the end of the email template. This restricts our ability to customize the email layout, particularly when we want the footer text to appear below the agent signature.

Proposed Feature:
We request the addition of a new placeholder for the agent signature in Zoho Desk email templates. This placeholder would allow us to insert the agent's signature (${User.Signature} or similar) at any desired location within the email template.

Key Benefits:

1. Enhanced flexibility to design email templates by controlling where the agent signature appears.
2. The ability to add footer text or any other content below the agent's signature.
3. Improved alignment with branding and communication preferences.
   

Default Behavior:

• If the new signature placeholder is not included in a specific template, the system should continue to append the agent signature at the end of the email, as it does currently.
  

This enhancement would significantly improve customization options for email communications and allow for better alignment with organizational standards.
