I think Zoho should make another forum where users can tell them what a good job they do.
I personally would like to thank Barath and Wasim for their help as I migrated to Zoho mail servers. I'm impressed with the response time and their patience.
As a support guy myself, I know it's important to also see the good stuff! Create that forum so happy customers can let you know!
