I have tried to disable private registration in the domain manager by clicking the 'manage' button next to 'Privacy' under the Domain Enhancement tab, but the link doesn't do anything - it only refreshes the page.

Additionally, how do I keep my domain unlocked so I can transfer it to another host? I am able to set the domain to unlocked via the domain manager, however no matter what I do the domain relocks itself after about 5 minutes.

I have tried contacting Zoho via the support portal however I do not know the status of those requests since I haven't received any confirmation what so ever.
