problem importing tasks into zoho tasks

problem importing tasks into zoho tasks

i am trying to import a csv  into zoho tasks.  it is utf-8 but it just says ..could not import tasks.  i think it might have something to do with having a "proper header at the begining of the .csv, but im not sure what that means.
