Problem migrating Google Docs items to Zoho.
First, I followed instructions on how to select all items in Google Docs and zip those files. But, when I do that and the files get downloaded I can't find the downloads anywhere on my desktop, hard drive or anywhere else. I have done it three times, and every time the downloads are nowhere to be seen. Also, in the process of zipping/downloading it never asks me where do I want to save those files.
Also, I have tried transferring a single Google Doc file at a time to Zoho. I had success with a Google doc file (wordprocessing) but, not with a Google spreadsheet file. Then, the computer would spin for ever stating "importing" even though it was a very small file. It even disallowed me to import other spreadsheets or do anything else within the sheet program.
I use an IMac desktop. I have the latest Apple operating system that has an embedded zip program. I use Safari. Any help most welcome.
