I set up a sync between Creator and Campaigns and it seems to not be working as expected.

The Creator database is for training registrants, and one user can enroll in multiple sessions using their name and email address. I am trying to get Campaigns to import data into custom fields concerning last registered training and status.

When I run the import with these settings, and the Contact already exists in my Campaigns contact list, it doesn't update these fields.

When the contact is not already in the Campaigns contact list, and the import is run, it does pick up the information. However, if the contact registered for more than one training, it only picks up the first created, regardless of the view settings.

Is there anything here I am doing wrong, or is there another, easier way to connect this information?
