Problem with PayPal Payments

ZOHO should set up  SYSTEM for paying invoices by PayPal. 

Today I got email from  Gayathri:
Hello,
While reconciling our Books, we find that the invoice 2057417 is over due for more than 78 days. Please be noted that the licenses enabled against this invoice will be downgraded to free edition on 28 Jan 14 as per the notification from our finance team.
Hence to avoid any interruption in your account, please process the payment on priority.
We appreciate your prompt action in this matter.



I paid everything right away in October. See attached. I provided   Manoj Alexy Xavier with all info s/he needed.  Later I got another request for the same payment from someone else and again I provided. And now another email. What gives?

Even more. I STILL WAS NOT INVOICED FOR 2014! I have one account with 2 user. I have no problem paying for the whole year, but SEND ME INVOICE!
