Problems syncing from CRM to Campaigns

Hi, our company has been using Zoho Campaigns for about 1 month, we have figured out how to create a campaign in CRM and sync it over to Campaigns, the only problem we are having with our syncs is that any email address that begins info@ won't sync. Is there something that can be done about this or do we need an actual email address for a person?
