We currently have two separate Zoho organizations:

• A Spark Robotic organization under Zoho CRM Plus

• A separate Contract Manufacturing organization under Zoho One

We are working with Zoho Support to consolidate the CRM Plus organization into our existing Zoho One account.

Our main issue is Zoho Projects.

Both organizations have active Zoho Projects portals with important historical and current project data. We want to keep our existing Zoho One Projects portal as the primary portal, but we also need to migrate ALL project data from the Spark CRM Plus Projects portal into it.

We are not looking to export/import only tasks. We need to preserve entire projects, including as much of the following as possible:

• Projects

• Phases/milestones

• Task lists

• Tasks and subtasks

• Custom fields and statuses

• Users and assignments

• Files and attachments

• Comments/activity history

• Dependencies

• Archived projects

• CRM associations

Has anyone successfully merged or migrated one populated Zoho Projects portal into another populated Zoho Projects portal?

If so, what process did you use? Did Zoho Support perform a backend migration, or did you have to rebuild/import the data manually?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.
