I like what Zoho has done with the suite of products - indeed, I'm evaluating a different Zoho offering from the one that brought me into the fold - but I feel that there needs to be a more structured and shareable approach. Having worked for large enterprise software companies - Siebel and Oracle among them - one of the things that was commonly done by their Product Management teams was to share the roadmap for functionality that is planned to be rolled out including the priority on that functionality. Features that were lower in the priority list were sometimes moved to the next release, but at least customers had a general sense of when they could expect key feature/functionality changes.

I'd like to suggest that Zoho follow a similar approach. This kind of visibility to your user base will give existing users a better idea of how to manage their business processes while also giving a sense of maturity of development processes that is currently keeping potential users at bay.
