Quality support for paid users
Dear Zoho Team,
We really like your software and your everyday growth. We pay for everything we use (CRM, Mail, Business, Docs, etc) and we would like to have quality and FAST support for our business. We can't rely on you until we get it.
Fo example, we have troubles with mail time to time and we CAN'T wait for a week, when you response to our trouble ticket. The same with CRM, Docs, Chat and so on.
Is it possible to pay some extra money and have such kind of support?
