Questions around Zoho CRM integration with Zoho Campaigns

Hello Campaigns Community,

We had a few questions about the way campaigns work in conjunction with CRM.
  • When an email bounces in Campaign's why doesn't the CRM show it?
    • Normally if CRM detects a bounced email, it puts a yellow exclamation point (!) near it 
    • We can find the contacts who had a bounced emails within CRM, but we don't get the (!) indicator

  • When someone unsubscribes from a campaign, can it check the Email Opt-Out checkbox in CRM?
    • We were required to add the Email Opt-Out field onto our contact layout in CRM, so I expected it to update the field when opt-outs occurred

  • When someone unsubscribes do they get removed from future marketing efforts automatically or is it up to us to make sure we don't add them to another campaign?
