re-adding a blacklisted email address with client permission

I have two email addresses that Hard bounced back in 2017 when it looks like Zoho Campaigns got themselves offside with Symantec.Cloud, who my client uses for an email gateway. The have long since whitelisted the zcsend.net domain with Symantec. Are we able to try and pull the email addresses out of our campaign manager’s suppressed list and back into active? I really need to be able to contact these people?
