Hi there, 

How do I view an email sent from Zoho, for example an email which contains an estimate? I can see there is a tab in the screen for that estimate which is labelled 'Emails' and I can see a summary of the email sent listed there, but I cannot click into it to read the email that was sent. IIs there no ability to keep track of what was written and sent to customers other than adding my own email address to the recipients and sending it to myself? And if I sent an email without CCing myself in is the contents of that email now lost to me?
