Recapturing Email Addresses
Hello All!
I have a few questions about "unsubcribes",
We are currently in the process of implementing a re-engagement strategy.
So far we Have recapture quite a few subscribers. But one of the main issues that we are going to potentially face is if we win back a Subscriber we want to make sure that the Unsubscribe flag is cleared in ZOHO.
How will we go about adding users back into our mailing list? (batch updates- can we send you proof of their wanting our mailings?)
Also we wanted to know if there is a way to set up a "preference center" so that our new re-engaged subscriber can choose the type of emails they want to receive?
Can we Create Multiple Unsub links to the different types of emails on our end and just have Zoho Link as the Master Unsubscribe link?
Can we add our Links (please refer to question above) in the Zoho Footer?
