Let me apologize in advance in case I'm using the wrong names for Zoho's menus and functions, but I have the Italian version installed.

I built a workflow that uses the "click specific link" reminder loop to send users through two different paths, and if the users clicks one of the links in the original e-mail it works properly.

Now, if the user does not click anything they get a reminder e-mail, and this e-mail has the same two links, but clicking them has no effect. The screen that lets me see where the user is in the workflow states that they are still in the reminder loop.

Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to make my workflow work as I want it?
