Also, I've imported my own html for a campaign and although my width is set to 600 px, and it states that your footer is also 600 px, your footer appears much smaller.  Please let me know how I can edit the size dimensions of the footer.

Another question:  although my email has been verified, in the From: field of a test email, there is my name and email address, but then a long chain for the zoho email server.  I would like to remove/hide this chain.  Please advise.
