Removing a contact from Campaigns Drip followup.

We have a Drip campaign setup with 5 followup email to a list using Autoresponder - closed group . We would like to remove a contact from the followup drip based if the contact replied to our email. 

How can I remove this contact from the list? 

A follow-on question, 
Does the emails get removed from the follow-on emails if a contact/email is bounced, spam, unsubscribed or do we have to manually do this?
