Hello, friends

According to our workflow, we should:

1) create Sales Order (Stage "New")

2) call and discuss the Products with a customer (Stage "Communication")

3) add the Products to the Sales Order during the call

However, "Products" is mandatory to add on the very first step when you create the Sales Order, which we do not need to happen.

Is there any way to make it non-mandatory? 

I tried in Modules and Fields settings and in Rules, but doesn't work.
