Repeat Workflow for a Contact?
Hi,
I was just told by Zoho Support that a contact cannot go through the same workflow twice, but I'm having a really hard time believing that.
For example, we set up a "Thank You" email workflow that we trigger when a customer purchases from us. I was told that the customer cannot go through that workflow again? Does Zoho not realize businesses need to send the same information or workflow to a customer more than once over the customer's lifetime with the company? Every other CRM we've worked with has this capability.
Any help here would be appreciated.
