Reply to address on Campaigns not working

Reply to address on Campaigns not working

We have created a campaign and chosen one of our email addresses as the REPLY TO email address

The email received in the inbox when "replied to" has a very long zoho email address. When the user replies to the email it bounces (see message below).

how to we
1) Get this to work
2) Get the reply to address to be our own email address NOT a Zoho email address
