Report says delivered, but it was not and did not go to spam

Report says delivered, but it was not and did not go to spam

Hi -

Any server problems today?  Been several hours...reports say "delivered" but it wasn't and not in Spam folder (only address sent to as a test, and it's to myself, so I know it wasn't delivered or in Spam)
