We have build a custom responsive HTML template. When we import the template using the "Import/Upload HTML" the template is loaded correctly, but the responsive doesn´t works. We have tried the template with other email marketing tools (like MailChimp) and works great. We are using the option with no Zoho header and footer (we include the unsuscribe special tag manually in the template). Can you help us?
