We had tried executing an email campaign on Saturday 23-09-17 and unfortunately we had hit the default 5% bounce rate, owing to which the campaign was canceled automatically. Upon raising a support ticket, we were informed that the campaign will restart on its own in 24 hours however, we don't find any re-initiation as of now, even 48 hours later. This is extremely critical to our work and is of supreme priority at this juncture. Can you please suggest on what is to be done for the same ASAP?
