Restructured the Company Information page into distinct sections | Zoho Desk

Hello everyone,

 

We’ve made significant updates to the Company Information page to enhance usability and streamline your experience. These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to restructure the feature pages across the product. 

What has changed?  

Previously, the company information page was divided into two sections:

  • Company Profile
  • Address Information

 

Now, the layout has three distinct sections to give a more organized experience:

  • Company Profile: Company Name, Logo, Alias, Description, Website, and Employee count
  • Primary Information: Primary Contact and Currency Locale
  • Address Details: Street, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Phone, Mobile, and Fax


Key changes  

  • Logo: A Logo field has been added to the Company Profile section.



  • Primary Contact: Previously part of the Company Profile, the Primary Contact is currently located under the new Primary Information section.



  • Currency Locale: This used to be part of the Address Information section, but it has been moved to the Primary Information section for easier access and better organization.


 

Why did we make these changes?  

The Zoho Desk team determined these changes would help enhance clarity and simplify navigation by logically grouping related information. By having separate sections for Profile, Primary Information, and Address Details, users can easily manage their company information and ensure a smoother experience when updating or comparing details.
