RSS Campaign - Description field includes a huge picture and only a little text, can't get text from content field

Zoho seems to do what we need, but the fields don't seem to work normally. Could someone explain how to get the following:

The usual paragraph of text that is in the description of an RSS feed for each item. The content field seems to bring in nothing.

When using the description field there is a very short bit of text and a huge picture imported. Can the picture size be reduced and the text amount increased?
