Running the Analytics and Managing the Ongoing Campaign
Hello,
We launched a campaign to work with cold leads and we have several questions about running analytics and managing the ongoing campaign.
Our task is to understand how to collect analytics on those leads who made a CTA and contacted us via letter, mainly in order to:
A) Remove them from further mailings as part of our campaign;
B) Understand the effectiveness of mailings by collecting analytics on how many people contacted us eventually.
What current mechanics/tools does Zoho have to accomplish this?
