SalesIQ Chat Owner to CRM Lead Owner Mapping
There is no proper mapping between the SalesIQ chat owner and the CRM lead owner. When a chat is assigned to an agent, the lead created in CRM is often assigned to a different user, forcing admins to manually change ownership every time. This creates unnecessary effort and follow-up delays. The SalesIQ chat owner should automatically become the CRM lead owner when a lead is created from a chat.
