SalesIQ reply: We would like to send
.zip
and
.pdf
files to customers.
Is it possible to configure and allow specific file extensions?
Attachments be shared directly from Zoho WorkDrive?
Currently, the Share Attachment menu in SalesIQ Chat only allows uploading image files (.png, .jpg, .jpeg) and .mp4 files.
At the moment, it is also not possible to share files from WorkDrive in the chat.
