We subscribed a plan with 5 licenses and we manage 3 domains.

One domain is first-domain.it and another one is second-domain.it

We need the e-mail account info@frist-domain.it AND info@second-domain.it

We already created info@first-domain.it BUT it is not possible to create info@second-domain.it

-> we receive the error message that the account is already taken...
