When searching emails using a tag as a search parameter when selecting a tag by typing the tag name requires that I know the exact starting tag name.  For instance if I have a tag "RAC-People-Andrew", I can't type in "Andrew" to locate the tag, I need to type the almost the full Tag name left to right.
