Searching in ZCampaigns using a URL
Hi there,
In Zoho Livedesk i can perform a search using a URL line.
Example: https://livedesk.zoho.com/myorganisationname/index#search/bo.thygesen@2base.com
This is am extremely useful feature, since we from our CRM can then access all Livedesk chats from a particular lead/ contact with just one click from within CRM. (using Z CRMs "link" feature).
I know that Livedesk and Campaigns are different products, different coding etc...
But i still ask (again): Would it be possible to implement a search in Zoho Campaigns based on a URL input.
It is an easy and simple way of making two independent system work together at a simple but still useful level....
