Seeing Other Users' Syncs
Hi, Zoho Campaigns currently restricts users (even other admins) from seeing other users' sync details. This holds up communicaitons and it holds up diagnosing any problems with a sync. Just today, I had to try and diagnose a sync problem but cannot see any details from my coworker's sync. Even in my remote session with Campaigns Help, the solution was for me to log in with my coworkers credentials! The lack of visibility needs to be fixed.
