I'm new to zoho in general and I'm loving the service however, I am unsure how to go about something. I was wondering that if a user input their CRM name into a form that the creator would be able to fill out the rest of the form based off of that field alone. For instance, Joe Blogs has a quote, a purchase order and a sales order but doesn't want to have to type each out in the form. Would it be possible to just enter his name and grab that information from CRM.

If this doesn't make sense I'll try and explain it better.
