Segment tag

Hello,

I have a my contacts setup in a way similar to the following -

Finance -

- Banks

- Credit Unions

Artisans -

- Carpenters

- Masons

- Welders

This allows me to either select a segment to send to or an entire group when sending an email.

I would however, like to confirm to users the segments to which they belong in an email and give them the option to update their profile.

e.g.

Hello John,

You are currently a member of SEGMENT in group $[ML:LISTNAME]$.

I see how to include the list in the email using $[ML:LISTNAME]$, but can I include the segment as well?
